本プライバシーポリシーは日本語と英語で作成されています。日本語版と英語版の間に解釈の相違または矛盾が生じた場合には、英語版が優先されるものとします。
This Privacy Policy is executed in both Japanese and English. In the event of any discrepancy or conflict between the Japanese and English versions, the English version shall prevail.
個人情報の取扱
FXRoyalCashBack（以下"本サービス"と称す）では、個人情報の適切な保護を推進するため、プライバシーポリシーを以下に制定を行い、個人情報の適切な保護へ取り組みを努めます。
1. 【個人情報の取得項目】
本サービスでは、適切なサービス提供のために、以下の個人情報を取得いたします。
・氏名、メールアドレス、住所等の基本情報
・提携先ブローカーの取引口座番号（MT4/MT5 ID等）
・キャッシュバック支払いのための銀行口座情報または決済サービスのアカウント情報
・IPアドレス、ブラウザ情報、Cookie（クッキー）情報
2. 【利用目的】
取得した個人情報は、以下の目的の範囲内でのみ利用します。
・本サービスの利用登録および本人確認
・キャッシュバック（リベート）の計算および支払い業務
・ユーザーからのお問い合わせへの対応
・本サービスのメンテナンス、重要なお知らせの通知
・不正行為の監視および防止
3. 【Cookie（クッキー）の利用】
本サービスでは、お客様のブローカー口座の紐づけ確認および利便性向上のため、Cookie（クッキー）を使用しています。お客様がブラウザの設定でCookieを無効にされた場合、本サービスの一部機能（特にキャッシュバックの発生条件となる紐づけ）が正常に機能しない可能性があります。
4. 【法令の遵守】
本サービスでは、個人情報の取扱に関する法令、国が定める指針その他の規範を遵守いたします。
5. 【安全管理措置】
本サービスでは、個人情報等の漏洩、滅失、毀損を防止するための技術的・物理的な措置（SSLによる暗号化通信等）を講じます。また、必要な是正措置を講じます。
6. 【第三者への委託と監督】
本サービスでは、個人情報の取り扱いを第三者に委託する場合は、当該第三者につき厳正な調査を行ったうえ、秘密を保持させるために、適正な監督を行います。
7. 【第三者提供の制限】
本サービスでは、以下の場合を除き、個人情報をあらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく第三者に提供を行いません。
・法令に基づく場合
・人の生命、身体または財産の保護のために必要がある場合
・公衆衛生の向上または児童の健全な育成の推進のために特に必要がある場合
8. 【開示・訂正・削除】
本サービスでは、ご本人から自己の個人情報についての開示、訂正、追加、削除、利用停止の請求がある場合、本人確認を行った上で速やかに対応致します。ただし、法令等の規定により開示できない場合もございます。
9. 【プライバシーポリシーの変更】
本サービスでは、本方針の内容は変更される事があります。変更後の本方針は、当社が別途定める場合を除いて、本サービスのWebサイト上に表示した時点より効力を生じるものとします。

Privacy Policy
Handling of Personal Information
FXRoyalCashBack (hereinafter referred to as the "Service") establishes the following Privacy Policy to promote the appropriate protection of personal information and strives to protect personal information appropriately.
1. [Items of Personal Information Acquired]
To provide appropriate services, the Service acquires the following personal information:
- Basic information such as name, email address, and address
- Trading account numbers of partner brokers (MT4/MT5 IDs, etc.)
- Bank account information or payment service account information for cashback payments
- IP address, browser information, and Cookie information
2. [Purpose of Use]
Acquired personal information shall be used only within the scope of the following purposes:
- User registration and identity verification for the Service
- Calculation and payment operations of cashback (rebates)
- Responding to inquiries from users
- Maintenance of the Service and notification of important information
- Monitoring and prevention of fraudulent acts
3. [Use of Cookies]
The Service uses Cookies to confirm the linking of customer broker accounts and to improve convenience. If you disable Cookies in your browser settings, some functions of the Service (especially the linking required for cashback generation) may not function properly.
4. [Compliance with Laws and Regulations]
The Service shall comply with laws, guidelines established by the government, and other norms regarding the handling of personal information.
5. [Security Management Measures]
The Service takes technical and physical measures (such as encrypted communication via SSL) to prevent the leakage, loss, or damage of personal information. In addition, necessary corrective measures will be taken.
6. [Outsourcing and Supervision of Third Parties]
When entrusting the handling of personal information to a third party, the Service shall conduct a strict investigation of said third party and exercise appropriate supervision to ensure confidentiality.
7. [Restriction on Provision to Third Parties]
The Service shall not provide personal information to third parties without obtaining the prior consent of the individual, except in the following cases:
- Cases based on laws and regulations
- Cases necessary for the protection of human life, body, or property
- Cases particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound growth of children
8. [Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion]
If there is a request from the individual for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their own personal information, the Service will respond promptly after verifying the identity of the individual. However, disclosure may not be possible due to provisions of laws and regulations.
9. [Changes to Privacy Policy]
The content of this policy may be changed by the Service. Unless otherwise specified by the Service, the revised policy shall take effect from the time it is displayed on the website of the Service.
